What the Plumport request form gathers
When you send the request form on this site, Plumport Credit receives the following categories of information:

- Company name (optional on the form).
- Time in business, as a range.
- Annual revenue, as a range.
- Requested amount, as a range.
- Your consent choice and when you made it.
The form is provided through a third-party form service, which processes the information on Plumport Credit's behalf.

If you call, the number you call from and anything you tell us about your business and the funding you need may be recorded in our notes about your request.
